People are in the focus of Egis’ HR strategy. Besides a number of programs that are designed to strengthen the employee engagement, as well as a fine beneficiary system, our company accentuates such activities that support building communities and maintaining our employees’ health. One of these were our thematic program series during the spring of 2019: we devoted a whole month to health, and another one to environmental protection. The concept also included such elements as health screenings, blood donation, stress management, volunteer work, E-car driving, planting trees and collecting glasses for charity purposes.
