Egis sponsored the 40th Hungarian Press Photo Contest

The Hungarian Press Photo Contest, the most prestigious national competition for photographers and news photographers in Hungary was held for the 40th times. Once again, Egis sponsored the Nature and science category of the contest. Many of the submitted photos are on display in the Hungarian National Museum in Budapest, however, the exhibition will later travel to other locations in the country as well.

Egis pays special attention to issues such as sustainable development, preserving biodiversity and a healthy environment. These environmental concepts may often seem abstract, however, the photos submitted to the Egis-sponsored category 'Nature and Science' demonstrate that in fact they are present in our everyday life. The captured moments make us realize that it is our individual and collective responsibility to protect and preserve our natural environment.
