The special summer camp was organised by the Liska Tibor College for Advanced Studies, operating at the Budapest University of Technology, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences.

Creativity, risk-taking, quick situation awareness, flexibility – these are highly valued qualities in Egis' corporate culture as well; the participants of the Liskaland summer economic simulation camp had the opportunity to develop and test all of them. The camp has been a great success for several years; it is a self-contained economic space with its own currency, where participants can experience the responsibility of free enterprise.

The camp's rules allow participants to be creative and free to act, so their success depends entirely on their own decisions; students were able to try their hands at entrepreneurship and experience first-hand what it means to invest, take risks, and run a business. 

As this year Egis was one of the camp’s sponsors, the students had the opportunity to get to know our company better, furthermore, on the opening day, our colleague, Bertalan Thuróczy gave them a presentation on the “Mental stamina, or the relationship between a dream, an illness and a start-up”. The presentation was actively followed by more than 100 students.
