Egis Pharmaceuticals Plc. once again received the Top Employer Hungary certification in 2026, which is the result of an assessment based on an independent, international methodology.

The certifying organisation, Top Employers Institute, evaluates participating organisations every year according to a consistent set of criteria. The assessment covers six HR domains and 20 subtopics, including people strategy, work environment, talent development, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing. 

In 2026, Top Employers Institute certified more than 2,500 organisations worldwide across 131 countries.
