Egis’ employer brand has received prestigious recognition in several countries recently. In Hungary, Egis was named the most attractive employer in the life sciences sector based on the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2026, while our Polish and Russian affiliates have also achieved significant successes in employer branding. Read our article about the Hungarian recognition here.

On 21 May, the Best Workplaces™ Poland 2026 list was published, with Egis Polska ranking 3rd in the category of medium-sized companies employing up to 500 people. In the 18th edition of the Great Place To Work® ranking, 207 companies from various industries took part, 55 of which received recognition as best workplaces.

In the survey, 92% of Egis Polska employees said that the company is a great place to work. The Polish affiliate also achieved outstanding results in two additional categories: it ranked 5th on the Best Workplaces for Women list and 6th on the Best Workplaces for Millennials list.

A few days later, on 26 May, Egis Russia received two awards at the Employer Branding Awards 2026 ceremony. The company won the Grand Prix in the Best Employee Ambassador Programme category and placed second in the Successful Employer Branding category.

The success in Russia is the result of a deliberate, research-based employer branding process. As part of this, the Ambassador School and Society programme was launched, giving employees the opportunity to show what it is like to work at Egis through their own stories. The initiative delivered measurable results in a short period of time: between April and May 2026, more than 40 employee-generated pieces of content were created, reaching a total of over 30,000 organic views, without any additional advertising spend.

Together, the Hungarian, Polish and Russian results show that Egis’ employer brand is gaining strength in several countries. Behind each external recognition lies the same foundation: building a workplace culture that employees can authentically represent and recommend to others.
