More employer recognition award for our team in Poland

Egis Polska received Friendly Workplace Award and Great Place to Work title

It is not the first time that our team in Poland has received an employer recognition award, what is more, our colleagues in Warsaw have been awarded the Friendly Workplace title for the second time.

The staff of the Polish HR platform MarkaPracodawcy.pl selected the awardees: the accolade is presented to companies that implement modern, up-to-date HR tools, respect work-life balance and maintain a healthy work environment. Furthermore, they also considered it essential for the award-winners to have open and partnership-based relations with their employees and foster their professional growth. 
The jury praised the Jazz Forum Academy of Management initiative of our Polish affiliate. Launched earlier this year, the initiative helps employees increase their knowledge about giving and receiving feedback, as well as encouraging change and fostering development.
The jury has further highlighted as good examples the Master Academy of Sale Skills initiative for medical representative colleagues and the EGISOWA course. The latter is available to all employees and our Polish colleagues – with the help of external experts – can gain knowledge that is useful both in their professional and private lives, e.g., learn about effective communication, talent acquisition or cybersecurity. 
In addition, the Polish office also has received the Great Place to Work title that is given to the companies based on employees’ reviews.
