In 2023 we remember the 110th anniversary of the foundation of our company and so we invited everyone to take part in a game and spend a day with Mr Sándor Balla. Those who registered for the programme were taken back in the era of the foundation and in the first third of the 20th century, in a period when the company developed from a small manufacturer of nutriments into a major company.
The participants had to answer online questions and tackle on-site tasks, including conducting chemical experiments that also demonstrated the various uses of chemistry.
The game was a success, about 75% of the participants successfully completed the playful tasks and answered the questions correctly, while many more wanted to register even after our time slot has expired.
Built between 1927-1928, Sándor Balla’s attractive mansion at 55 Ménesi út is now divided into several apartments.  Last year, as part of the events at the Ménesi Road Cultural Street Party  we inaugurated a plaque to Sándor Balla paying tribute to his work.
